missingWrote a review on Dec 15spacious roomsatisfying breakfastnoisy gymlimited shuttleearly morning disruption
The room was spacious and clean, featuring two queen beds, which was perfect for our family. The breakfast was a highlight, with the on-demand omelette service being particularly satisfying. However, the gym was noisy due to weightlifting early in the morning, which disrupted my workout. Additionally, the shuttle service to the airport, while convenient, had limited availability. All in all, a solid choice for a comfortable stay.

comfortable room but noisy gym
The room was extremely comfortable and very spacious, with immaculate finishes. The housekeeping staff, especially Sachi, went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly, which made our stay more enjoyable. Breakfast was a highlight. the chef at the omelette station prepared the best omelette we've ever tasted and took time to chat with guests.
The noise from the gym was disruptive early in the morning.

During my stay, I was truly impressed by the amazing service, especially when the staff went above and beyond to help me when I accidentally left my purse in the lobby, and I loved that I could easily stroll to nearby parks like West Deane Park and Centennial Park Conservatory for some beautiful nature views. it's a perfect spot for anyone who enjoys walking through vibrant city areas and lush greens.

A breakfast surprise that disappointed
The hotel staff made check-in a breeze, and the room was spacious and comfy, ensuring a relaxing night after a long journey.
However, breakfast was a letdown. the food was overpriced and didn’t match the menu descriptions. Also, the jacuzzi wasn't working during my stay.

The breakfast offerings might be pricey, but those homemade muffins? Pure magic! Plus, the friendly staff made every interaction a treat. The proximity to a bunch of walkable restaurants like Dixon's and Jack Astor's is a solid win for late-night bites!

Couples looking for a cozy stay
I gotta say, the bed was super comfy we slept like a baby. Also, the food was surprisingly good like, wow, especially the Indian dishes. I mean, it was a little hard to keep up but they really packed in the flavors.
Honestly, it wasn't exactly a bargain but it worked for us.

The hotel had a convenient airport shuttle and the staff were courteous, but the room left much to be desired. It felt worn, with cleanliness issues like hairs in the bathtub and stale conditions. The lack of basic amenities was disappointing given the price.
